| CISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered March 2, 2012, to be furnished with the transcripts of the grand jury proceedings as well as the transcripts "of all appearances, hearings and conferences held in front of the Honorable J. Berry," for use in preparation of his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with the transcripts of the grand jury proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with the transcripts of "of all appearances, hearings and conferences held in front of the Honorable J. Berry," is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings and the issues or issues to be raised in connection with those proceedings.
