DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to move to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 17, 2009, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 16, 2013, and for leave to reargue the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to move to reargue an appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue the appeal is denied.
