| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to seal certain trial exhibits on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 29, 2012. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to seal certain trial exhibits and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to file a supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to seal certain trial exhibits is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the pro se supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before May 12, 2014.
