On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated March 4, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Michele McIntosh from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 20, 2013.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Eileen T. Stapleton, Esq., 26 Family Lane, Levittown, N.Y. 11756, the attorney assigned to represent the children by the Family Court, Nassau County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children:
