Appeal by Gregory Zabizhin from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 15, 2013. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Sharyn M. Duncan, Esq., dated March 3, 2014, it is
