DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 7, 2013, for leave to reargue its prior motion to stay enforcement of the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 17, 2014, and to seal Exhibit G annexed to the papers filed in support of the instant motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal Exhibit G is granted, and the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall cause Exhibit G annexed to the papers filed in support of the instant motion to be sealed, and the above-referenced material shall remain sealed.
