Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2013, for an order directing that he receive a copy of this court's prior decision and order on motion dated December 23, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as this court had sent appellant a copy of the decision and order on motion dated December 23, 2013.
