In the Matter of Nicholas A. DiNozzi, appellant,

v Anna DiNozzi, respondent.

(Docket No. F-13620-09/12C)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Nicholas A. DiNozzi from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 11, 2013, and June 20, 2013, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 23, 2013, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until February 28, 2014. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

DICKERSON, J.P., HALL, ROMAN and COHEN, JJ., concur.
