On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 20, 2011, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 31, 2014, the appellant shall file the subject documents with the Clerk of the Court.
