DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent George A. Fuller Company, Inc., inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing an excerpt from its reply memorandum of law dated August 2, 2012, filed in connection with the underlying motions, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 15, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered May 7, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers serve and filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the excerpt from the reply memorandum of law dated August 2, 2012, is granted to the extent that, on or before March 31, 2014, the respondent George A. Fuller Company, Inc., shall serve and file the supplemental record containing its complete reply memorandum of law dated August 2, 2012, filed in connection with the underlying motions, and the motion is otherwise denied.
