Separate applications by the respondent Bankim Patel, the respondents North Shore University Hospital and Avram Goldberg, and the respondent Chirag Vasa pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 28, 2014, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
