Motion by the attorney for the children Maria C., Brooklyn P., and Amber S. to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 8, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic, or for leave to join the brief filed by the petitioner-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to join the brief filed by the petitioner-respondent is granted, and the movant is deemed to have joined said brief.
