Application by the respondent Suffolk Community College pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondent Suffolk Community College to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 28, 2014, and the brief of the respondent Suffolk Community College must be served and filed on or before that date.
