| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011, for leave to reargue his prior motion for an injunction and to impose a sanction upon the Queens County District Attorney, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 9, 2014. Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged, and the respondent's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
