Motion by Andray Kiselgov, in effect, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from three judgments of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered April 9, 2013, under docket Nos. 2013KN025914, 2013KN000742 and 2013KN015918, and to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 24, 2013, granting poor person relief and assigning counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the same court rendered April 9, 2013 under docket No. 2011KN082829, to also include the appeal from the three judgments under docket Nos. 2013KN025914, 2013KN000742 and 2013KN015918.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal from the three judgments under docket Nos. 2013KN025914, 2013KN000742 and 2013KN015918; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated May 24, 2013 is amended to include the appeal from the three judgments under docket Nos. 2013KN025914, 2013KN000742 and 2013KN015918; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Court from which the appeals are taken.
