| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 7, 2013. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 19, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
