Application by the respondents Chi Kwan Chung and Pui Ling Chung pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondents Chi Kwan Chung and Pui Ling Chung to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 5, 2014, and the brief of the respondents Chi Kwan Chung and Pui Ling Chung must be served and filed on or before that date.
