| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2014, determining a motion for leave to reargue a writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application to set bail upon Queens County Indictment No. 1901/11, which was determined by a decision and judgment of this Court dated March 6, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
