Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 24, 2013, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 18, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
