On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 21, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto."
