| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 8, 2013, to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee. Separate motion by the appellant to preclude the respondent from filing a brief, to enjoin the respondent from seeking relief from his obligation to pay unallocated alimony and support, to impose a sanction upon the respondent, and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
