Motion by the respondent George Panapoulos to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 13, 2013, pending determination of a certain motion pending in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, or, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain deposition transcripts. Application by the respondent Rafael Tejada pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent Rafael Tejada's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 25, 2014, and the respondent Rafael Tejada's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent George Panapoulos's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 25, 2014, and the respondent George Panapoulos's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
