Respondent City of Rochester having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on January 13, 2014, and
Appellant having cross-moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on said appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Igor Shukoff, Esq., dated March 10, 2014, the affidavit of John W. Dreste, Esq., sworn to March 14, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondent's motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 11, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant's cross motion for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief in response to all respondents' briefs is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 28, 2014.
