Respondents-appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on January 15, 2013, and
Petitioner having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal taken from the order and judgment entered January 15, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Andrew J. Ryan, Esq., sworn to March 7, 2014, the affirmation of Jonathan D. Hitsous, Esq., dated March 7, 2014, the affidavit of John C. Nutter, Esq., sworn to March 21, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondents-appellants-respondents' motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 28, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 10, 2014, and inserting in its place the date April 1, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's cross motion is granted, to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 28, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 14, 2014, and inserting in its place the date May 6, 2014.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
