Appellants Town of Greece, Greece Police Department, Chief of Police Merritt Rahn, Police Officer Robert Downs, and Lieutenant Stephen P. Wise having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on May 10, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement and the affidavit of Brain P. Riley, Esq., dated February 26, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellants Town of Greece, Greece Police Department, Chief of Police Merritt Rahn, Police Officer Robert Downs, and Lieutenant Stephan P. Wise shall perfect their appeal on or before May 28, 2014, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, their appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
