ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2014, in the above-entitled action is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals by Joshua Moore from two orders of the Civil Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2012, and May 1, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination nunc pro tunc; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
