Motion by the petitioners-respondents for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 24, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 26, 2013, and an order of the same court dated October 12, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court also dated December 26, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
