DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Christopher Brodeur, in effect, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from judgments of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered December 6, 2012, convicting him of criminal contempt under Judiciary Law § 750 (1), and to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 16, 2013, granting poor person relief and assigning counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the same court rendered December 6, 2012 under index No. 2012KN056424, to also include the appeal from the criminal contempt adjudications.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal from the criminal contempt adjudications; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 16, 2013 is amended to include the appeal from the criminal contempt adjudications; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Court from which the appeals are taken.
