Appeal by the third-party/second third-party/third third-party defendants and cross appeals by the defendants third third-party plaintiffs, the defendant second third-party plaintiff, and the defendant second third-party plaintiff from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2013, and appeal by the third-party/second third-party/third third-party defendants from an order of the same court dated April 2, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2014, the appeals and cross appeals were held in abeyance pending determination of appeals and cross appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2011-10857, 2012-05126, 2012-05136, 2012-05137, 2012-05138, 2012-05139, 2012 07280, 2012-07976, 2012-09825, 2012-09833, 2012-09840, 2012-09844, 2012-09857, 2012-10854, 2012-11368, 2013-00474, 2013-01765, 2013-01767, 2013-01777, 2013-01782, 2013-01784, and 2013-01788. Those appeals and cross appeals were determined by decisions and orders of this Court dated March 19, 2014.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 27, 2014, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
