ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 9, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2012, and April 11, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 28, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "February 28, 2014."
