Motion by Gloria L. Harris, as administrator of the estate of Samir Saleeby, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Samir Saleeby, as the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 8, 2013. Application by the third-party defendants-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the caption is amended as set forth above; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the third-party defendants-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 28, 2014, and the third-party defendants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
