Separate applications by the respondent and the attorney for the child pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2013, and a judgment of the same court dated April 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 14, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
