Motion by Michael A. Huerta, Sr., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 21, 2014, and to stay a certain hearing on willfulness, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
