ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents-appellants Evan Haymes and Starr Haymes-Kempin pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated June 28, 2013. Separate application by the respondent-respondent to enlarge her time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application by the respondents-appellants Evan Haymes and Starr Haymes-Kempin is granted, the time of those respondents-appellants to serve and file an answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until May 12, 2014, and the brief of those respondents-appellants shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application by the respondent-respondent is granted, the respondent-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 17, 2014, and the brief of the respondent-respondent shall be served and filed on or before that date.
