Motion by the appellant to calendar an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 13, 2013, together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 30, 2012, and for leave to reference the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated December 13, 2013, in the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated May 30, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 19, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
