DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION l., ts- .

Motion by the appellant-respondent to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 1, 2014, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before June 2, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before July 2, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before August 1, 2014; the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before August 18, 2014; and the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before September 2, 2014.
