Motion by the attorney for the child Isabel B. to strike the respondent-appellant's reply brief or stated portions thereof on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 27, 2012, and May 3, 2013, respectively, on the ground that the reply brief alleges that the attorney for the child Isabel B. and the petitioner-respondent's attorney, inter alia, deliberately misrepresent the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
