DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Bayan Aleksey from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 30, 2013, June 7, 2002 (two orders), February 23, 2004, February 28, 2006, and September 6, 2007, respectively. By order to show cause dated February 3, 2014, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the orders are not appealable either by right or by permission.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).
