Appeals by Salvador Mendoza Cruz from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 31, 2013, and June 20, 2013, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Andrew J. Zuckerman, Esq., dated March 24, 2014, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,
