Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Susan A. Sovie, Esq., sworn to March 10, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to March 21, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
