Appellants having moved to reschedule oral argument of an appeal from an order of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on July 22, 2013 (appeal No. 1), so that it may be heard and determined at the same time as an appeal from an order of said court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 10, 2013 (appeal No. 2),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Edward C. Radin, Esq., sworn to March 19, 2014, and March 24, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Anthony J. Adams, Esq., dated March 25, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appeal No. 1 is removed from the Court's day calendar for April 16, 2014, and added to the calendar for the term of the Court commencing October 20, 2014, so that it can be heard at the same time as appeal No. 2.
