On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 10, 2012, to include a certain document, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 5, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
