Motion by the appellants, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 11, 2013, pending determination of a certain related appeal, or to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 2, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
