Application pursuant to CPLR 5704(b) to grant relief applied for without notice and denied by a judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Bronx County, on or about March 26, 2014. The application was transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, dated April 1, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the application is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the application shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
