Application by Cie Sharp and Michael Sharp pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 3, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of Cie Sharp to perfect his appeal is granted, Cie Sharp's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 23, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and Cie Sharp's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of Michael Sharp to perfect his appeal is denied as academic in light of the dismissal of that appeal by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 13, 2014.
