DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

.

Motion by Vyacheslav Isakov on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 17, 2013, January 8, 2014, and January 24, 2014, respectively, and a cross appeal from the order entered December 17, 2014, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered December 17, 2014, as precluded the parties from filing any motions until after a conference call with the Court and directed the movant to pay the appellant-respondent's travel expenses, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order entered January 24, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order entered January 8, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-02512), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that Vyacheslav Isakov is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order entered January 24, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-02513), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
