Appeal by Aaron Mizrahi from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2013, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information on or before December 4, 2013. The appellant has not filed the affidavit or affirmation.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2013, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
