Application by the respondent-appellant Royal Waste Services, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until May 5, 2014, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
