Motion by the appellants Westchester County Health Center Corporation, Westchester Medical Center, and Michael Dallolio to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 8, 2013, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Separate motion by Joseph J. Ferrini, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant Scott Marber on the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to stay the trial and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be admitted pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the trial is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to be admitted pro hac vice is granted.
