ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated January 13, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 31, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first and second paragraph thereof the name "Nefredia W." and substituting therefor the name "Audrey K."
